1. About the service
SendTask lets you add tasks to other people's task lists, e.g. colleagues, customers, suppliers, your partner/spouse or your children. The recipient is notified by email, and you're notified when the task is done. The service is provided by Visdomsfabrikken AS (org. no. 929191307).
2. Account and use
An email address is all it takes to use SendTask. When you add a task for a new email address, an account is created automatically for the recipient. You are responsible for ensuring that the content of your tasks is lawful and that you have a reason to contact the recipient.
3. Subscription and pricing
- SendTask costs $9 per month with 3 users included. Each user beyond this costs $3 per month.
- New customers get a 14-day free trial. After the trial period we send an email asking whether you'd like to continue or cancel.
- Users you send tasks to are automatically added to your user list and covered by your subscription - they can use the service free of charge to send tasks to others on the list.
4. Payment and cancellation
The subscription is billed every 3 months. There is no lock-in - the subscription runs until you stop it under My account, and then runs until the end of the paid period.
5. Acceptable use
SendTask must not be used for spam, marketing to people without consent, or content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may close accounts that misuse the service.
6. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We do our best to keep SendTask available and working flawlessly, but cannot be held liable for indirect losses resulting from errors, downtime or delayed notifications.
7. Changes
We may change these terms as needed. Material changes will be announced by email or on the website before they take effect.
