1. Who we are
SendTask is provided by Visdomsfabrikken AS (org. no. 929191307), Sjøgata 3, 0250 Oslo, Norway. We are the data controller for the personal data processed in the service. Contact us at post@sendtask.no.
2. What data we process
- Name and email address - to create your account and send notifications.
- The tasks you create - text, deadlines and who they were sent to.
- Technical information - necessary logs for operation and security.
3. What the data is used for
We use your data only to deliver the service: sending task notifications, reminders and weekly summaries by email, showing you the status of your tasks, and billing business subscriptions. We don't send marketing without consent.
4. Automatically created accounts
When someone adds a task for your email address, an account is created automatically so you can see and check off your tasks. In that case we store only your email address. If you don't want to use SendTask, you can ask us to delete the account.
5. Sharing of data
We never sell your data, and we don't share it with third parties for marketing. Data is shared only with data processors necessary for operations (e.g. email delivery and server hosting), governed by data processing agreements.
6. Storage and deletion
Data is stored for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted within a reasonable time, except for what we are legally required to retain (e.g. accounting records).
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, as well as data portability. Send an email to post@sendtask.no and we'll help you. You may also lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
8. Cookies
SendTask uses only necessary cookies, e.g. to keep you logged in. We don't use tracking or marketing cookies.
